This position can be based in one of three locations: Dallas, TX; Pittsburgh, PA; Monroe, NC in the Charlotte-metro area.<br><br>We are transforming our business and seeking an experienced leader to drive enterprise-wide Supply Chain process optimization, ERP transformation initiatives, and operational excellence across Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.9.<br><br>This role will serve as the strategic process and solution lead for end-to-end Supply Chain operations, partnering closely with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics, Finance, and Digital Technology teams to standardize processes, improve system capabilities, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions aligned with ATI’s operational and digital transformation goals.<br><br><strong>Additional Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead end-to-end Supply Chain process management and ERP solution delivery across Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.9.</li><li>Serve as the functional and process leader for Supply Chain operations including Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment integrations.</li><li>Partner with business stakeholders and team members to define operational strategies, identify process gaps, and implement scalable enterprise solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and performance.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, operational excellence, and cross-functional integration.</li><li>Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for Supply Chain initiatives, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management, testing, deployment, and post-production support.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional DT teams to ensure successful integration between Oracle EBS modules and enterprise solutions to provide secure and scalable solutions.</li><li>Manage application lifecycle activities including release planning, patching, maintenance, upgrade coordination, and configuration governance.</li><li>Provide leadership for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation of long-term corrective solutions across Supply Chain processes and ERP applications.</li><li>Develop and maintain process documentation, solution designs, training materials, and operational support procedures.</li><li>Support enterprise reporting, business intelligence, master data governance, and Supply Chain analytics initiatives.</li><li>Mentor team members and promote cross-functional knowledge sharing and process alignment across the organization.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong> <br><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field</li><li>8+ years of progressive experience supporting ERP Supply Chain environments</li><li>Strong functional expertise with Oracle R12+ (or similar) including:</li><ul><li>Inventory</li><li>Purchasing</li><li>Order Management</li><li>Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM)</li><li>Supply Chain Planning</li><li>Logistics and Fulfillment integrations<br></li></ul></ul><strong>Experience Preferred<br><br></strong><ul><li>Manufacturing, Metals, or Process Manufacturing industry experience</li><li>ERP integrations, data governance, release management, and application lifecycle management practices</li><li>SQL for troubleshooting, operational reporting, and data analysis</li><li>Experience supporting Supply Chain optimization, warehouse operations, logistics management, or production planning initiatives</li><li>Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)</li><li>Experience supporting ERP upgrades, cloud transformation initiatives, or enterprise modernization programs </li><li>Experience with reporting, analytics, and business intelligence platforms supporting Supply Chain operations<br><br></li></ul><strong>We thrive when the expectations are great, and the barriers are high.
