REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sr engineer to lead the quality assurance across multiple scrum teams in a major Auditing and Taxation Service Provider organization. Our software products provide management, analytics, and telemetry services to enterprise customers. Our Software Development Engineers use their skills and passion to solve engineering problems of moderately complex scope with limited project direction input.
You would be required to lead by example, solve complex engineering problems and work with a large team located globally. You should be able to
  • Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.
  • Frequently contribute to the development of new ideas and methods.
  • Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Lead and/or provide expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of strong QA experience.
  • 3+ years' experience leading and mentoring other engineers.
  • Experience with automating tests with tools such as TestNG, Junit, Selenium WebDriver, Java w/ Selenium Libraries or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of QA/testing experience in microservices and components, and data processing pipelines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases. proficient to write queries and validate the data.
  • Knowledge of any Cloud related Technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Delivery of one or more large-scale enterprise products is a plus
