Job Description

The Lead, Talent Acquisition Data & Analytics will be part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team and will own reporting and analytics for the TA function, delivering accurate, actionable insights that drive hiring performance and operational excellence.

In this role, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition leaders to translate recruiting activity into meaningful data, while building and maintaining scalable reporting solutions that support decision-making across the organization. As the function continues to grow, this role offers the opportunity to expand in scope and evolve into broader leadership responsibility.

Here you can:

  • Be a strategic data advisor to Talent Acquisition Leadership team- Delivering recruiting trends and recommendations that will enable our TA Leaders to make informed business decisions
  • Identify, analyze, and forecast trends to inform organizational effectiveness for the Talent Acquisition team; make recommendations for further optimization
  • Partner with the People Analytics team on enterprise-wide reporting projects and requests
  • Build, enhance & maintain Power BI dashboards that display real time and on demand hiring metrics to track recruiting performance, funnel metrics, and key KPIs for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Develop and manage advanced Excel-based reporting and high-volume analytics datasets- Pivots, Dashboards, etc.
  • Support and optimize ATS reporting, including dashboards and reporting outputs
  • Deliver recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc insights in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ensure strong data integrity and accuracy, through regular audits and data quality checks
  • Create and maintain reporting documentation and self-service resources for TA stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and scale reporting processes

Qualifications

Here you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience developing reports in an enterprise reporting tool with proficient knowledge of databases and business systems
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment ATS and/or HRIS technology
  • Proven understanding of predictive analytics and other business-related data analysis strategies
  • Solid technical aptitude, analytical, problem-solving, and data quality mindset
  • Expert-level Excel proficiency with experience managing large datasets (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and the ability to communicate data insights clearly.

What we'll look for:

  • Knowledge in the areas of HR analytics and reporting
  • Experience with Power BI (dashboard creation and ongoing enhancements)
  • Experience working with SmartRecruiters ATS or similar recruiting systems
  • Experience with data warehousing, data management, modeling, and integration
  • Proven ability to deliver accurate reporting in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Team player, high sense of urgency, desire to learn and grow
  • Self-directed, independent thinker with strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written) with proven data visualization and presentation skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Commutable distance to a hub office (New York City or Los Angeles) to join the team for regular in-person collaboration is strongly preferred but not required.
