Learning Strategy Senior Specialist

About the position

As the Learning Strategy Senior Specialist within our Enterprise Learning Team (ELO), you will be responsible for supporting a team of learning professionals in the successful creation of Best Buy learning programs and solutions across multiple formats. You will focus on the development of learning experiences that factor in the needs of employees, customers, and the business. This role will support the enablement of learning strategies across different audiences, projects, and programs with agility at its core. This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to enable an exceptional development culture at Best Buy
  • Manage multiple projects to enable Enterprise Learning strategies across the enterprise
  • Support the creation of learning content across different modalities (e.g. outlines, slides, activities, live sessions, videos)
  • Engage with business partners and communicate with stakeholders across various audiences
  • Strategically support learning team members in measuring impact and engagement, building strong relationships, and helping solve identified business problems
  • Support new learning strategies and help improve internal business processes

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in learning, facilitation or coaching
  • 2 or more years of operations and/or project management experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel required) and emerging digital tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships
  • Quick learner, ability to multi-task and achieve fast-moving deadlines

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 or more years of HR related experience
  • 2 or more years of experience creating content, facilitating within groups, and/or teaching topics to others
  • Experience working across multiple business areas with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience leveraging AI tools, video creation/editing tools, and automation platforms (e.g., Copilot, video editing software, Power Automate) to enhance learning content development and streamline workflows
