About the position

JOIN ALLONE HEALTH’S VIRTUAL COACHING PROGRAM, A PROGRAM BUILT FOR GROWTH WITH THE SUPPORT TO SUSTAIN IT ALLONE HEALTH IS ACTIVELY SEEKING ENERGETIC AND COMPASSIONATE LIFE COACHES TO JOIN OUR GROWING VIRTUAL COACHING TEAM. THIS FULLY REMOTE OPPORTUNITY ALLOWS YOU TO CREATE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE WHILE SUPPORTING MEMBERS IN ACHIEVING PERSONAL GROWTH, WELLNESS, AND LIFESTYLE GOALS. This role is designed for coaches who want to build a sustainable virtual coaching caseload without sacrificing autonomy. The referral structure and administrative systems are already in place, allowing coaches to focus on delivering high-quality coaching services rather than managing operations. AllOne Health Virtual Coaching Program – Life Coach: 1099 Independent Contractor Compensation: EAP Coaching Sessions: \$50 per completed coaching session Program Participation: This program is designed for coaches who are available to provide approximately 6 or more coaching hours per week on the platform. Enjoy the flexibility to design your own schedule, including evening and weekend availability. Position Summary: Provide virtual coaching services to members seeking support with personal growth, goal setting, work-life balance, stress management, and lifestyle improvement. Life Coaches support members through structured conversations focused on motivation, accountability, and action planning to help individuals move toward meaningful goals.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver virtual life coaching sessions using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
  • Help members clarify goals, identify obstacles, and develop actionable strategies
  • Foster a supportive, motivational, and strengths-based coaching environment
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of coaching sessions in accordance with program guidelines
  • Collaborate with the AllOne Health team to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Uphold professional and ethical coaching standards
  • Participate in onboarding and ongoing program updates as needed

Requirements

  • Active Life Coaching Certification is required (ICF-accredited program required; experience alone is not accepted)
  • Certification documentation must include certification type, issuing organization, and expiration date (if applicable)
  • Strong communication, engagement, and rapport-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a private, professional workspace
  • Comfort using telehealth platforms and basic technology tools

Nice-to-haves

  • Preferred ICF credential levels include ACC, PCC, or MCC
