LinkedIn Ads Specialist for B2B Webinar Campaign Setup

We are looking for a LinkedIn Ads specialist to build a B2B webinar registration campaign from scratch.

This is not a generic social media management role.

Please do not apply if your experience is mainly posting content, boosting posts, managing organic social media, or creating general brand-awareness campaigns.

Please do not apply if you have never personally built a LinkedIn Ads campaign from scratch inside LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Please do not apply if you only know Meta Ads or Google Ads and are “willing to learn” LinkedIn.

Please do not apply if you cannot explain LinkedIn Insight Tag setup, conversion tracking, audience targeting, retargeting, exclusions, campaign objectives, and campaign measurement in plain English.

Please do not apply if your answer to every performance issue is “we need to test” without explaining what you would test, why you would test it, and what decision the data would drive.

Please do not apply if you outsource the actual campaign setup to someone else.

Please do not apply if your reports focus mainly on impressions, reach, likes, or engagement instead of registrations, cost per registration, conversion rate, and next-step decisions.

The campaign will drive qualified professionals to a webinar landing page for a business development coaching program. The target audience includes financial advisors, attorneys, CPAs, consultants, insurance professionals, and other professional service providers who serve high-net-worth clients and business owners.

We need someone who can:

-- Review the webinar landing page

-- Set up or confirm the LinkedIn Insight Tag

-- Set up conversion tracking

-- Recommend the campaign objective

-- Build the target audiences

-- Set up retargeting audiences

-- Recommend exclusions

-- Structure the campaign inside LinkedIn Campaign Manager

-- Recommend ad copy and creative

-- Launch the campaign

-- Review early performance and recommend next steps

Please do not apply if you only know Meta Ads or Google Ads and are “willing to learn” LinkedIn.

Please do not apply if you cannot explain tracking, conversion events, audience setup, retargeting, campaign objectives, and measurement in plain English.

This is a fixed-price setup project. If the initial setup and launch go well, ongoing management can be discussed separately.

To apply, please answer:

Have you personally built LinkedIn Ads campaigns from scratch?

Have you run webinar registration campaigns before?

What would you set up before spending the first dollar?

What would your first 7 days look like?

What budget do you believe is needed to properly test this campaign?
