Job Summary As a Localization Coordinator (Project Hire), you'll support and manage the dubbing talent contract system, troubleshoot user issues, and manage user roles. You'll develop and report on-time delivery metrics, work with stakeholders to coordinate system feature requests, and provide solutions to workflow issues. Your goal will be to ensure seamless delivery of contracts and provide exceptional support to internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Dubbing Talent Contract System Support: Troubleshoot user issues, manage user roles, and provide training on system usage. Metric Reporting: Develop and report on-time delivery metrics to ensure project goals are met. System Feature Request Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate system feature requests with the development partner and Legal team. Workflow Issue Resolution: Provide solutions to workflow issues and take ownership of assigned processes. Contract Delivery: Assist in the delivery of contracts by working with internal and external partners. Requirements and Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with teams and stakeholders. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Critical Thinking: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for handling project issues as they arise. Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Experience: Experience in managing projects and cross-functional teams. Dubbing Experience: Experience in dubbing for theatrical and direct-to-consumer post-production workflows. Stakeholder Management: Experience working with stakeholders from multiple departments. Education: Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
