Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Logistics Executive, based in Melaka, with opportunities for partial work-from-home flexibility. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, manage supply chains, liaise with clients and vendors, and ensure the effective distribution of products and services. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and supporting sales efforts to optimize business operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication abilities
  • Experience and aptitude in Sales
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using logistics and supply chain software tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in logistics or a related industry is highly beneficial
