Key Responsibilities

As a Lube Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Performing preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, battery tests, and safety checks
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Lube Technician, you will need:

  • Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing situations
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

Preferred Qualifications
