Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Lead and motivate front office staff, providing training, support, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team.
  • Manage guest relations proactively, resolving issues swiftly and professionally to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and operational flow.
  • Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette.
  • Support night audit processes by reviewing daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Uphold hospitality management best practices by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the hotel’s luxury standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations within luxury resorts or hotels.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures, guest services, and hotel operations is preferred.
