M&E Site Supervisor

Job Description

  • Supervise, coordinate, and monitor M&E site activities to ensure timely execution in line with the project schedule.
  • Assist in daily planning and resource allocation, including manpower, machinery, and materials.
  • Ensure all M&E works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and standard procedures.
  • Monitor sub-contractors’ performance and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the site team to track progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Participate in site meetings, prepare and update project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Maintain accurate daily site records and submit progress reports as required.
  • Coordinate and support inspections, testing & commissioning, and liaise with consultants and relevant authorities.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) as required.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or related engineering field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role or within M&E construction works.
  • Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Computer literate with basic proficiency in reporting and documentation tools.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Willing to relocate and work full-time at the Kapar project site.
