Most importantly, you'll be someone who can <b>convert broker engagement into results closing business and achieving annual quota</b> within the down/mid-market segment (employers with <br/><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b><br/><ul><li>Create a personal sales strategy/business plan that supports Teladoc Health's overarching corporate goals and strategies.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with regional brokers and benefits consultants through education, alignment, and joint growth initiatives.</li><li>Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive pipeline, partnerships, and revenue performance.</li><li>Develop new broker/consultant relationships to understand priorities and strategically devise a plan to identify new sales opportunities within a partner's overall book of business.</li><li>Manage proposals, RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, contracts, and broker/consultant communications.</li><li>Ability to speak/present to a prospect's leadership team a strategic "Virtual First" vision that is customized to the client's needs.</li><li>Ability to achieve yearly sales quota.</li><li>Continue to grow and become an expert on the Virtual Healthcare environment and work in a fast paced, changing environment.</li><li>Ability to manage a large pipeline across a variety of partnerships simultaneously.</li><li>Utilize Salesforce, Adobe, PowerPoint, MS Teams and other tools to manage the sales cycle.</li><li>Educate brokers on virtual care solutions through webinars, demos, and in-person meetings.</li><li>Understand Teladoc Health's direct competitors and how we differentiate with our offerings</li><li>Ability to negotiate contracts and terms, with the support of sales leadership and legal, through complicated contracting process</li><li>Support renewals and attend industry events, health fairs, and speaking engagements as needed.</li><li>Travel: 25-50%. Work location: TBD.</li></ul><br/><br/><b>Who Thrives in This Role</b><br/><br/><b>This role is a strong fit for someone who:</b><br/><ul><li>Enjoys credibility and trust with experienced benefits consultants</li><li>Is comfortable educating and influencing rather than hard selling</li><li>Understands employer benefits cycles, renewals, and the broker ecosystem</li><li>Prefers relationship depth and long-term momentum over quick wins</li></ul><br/><b>This role may not be a fit if you prefer:</b><br/><ul><li>High-volume, transactional sales</li><li>Short sales cycles with direct buyers only</li><li>Minimal collaboration with external partners </li></ul><br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications</b><br/><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years' sales experience, working directly with employee benefits brokers and benefits consultants. </li><li>A demonstrated ability to achieve sales quota</li><li>Live in the territory (TBD).</li><li>Experience effectively running a multi-state territory (preferred: TBD) working directly with brokers/benefits consultants and employers with </li><li>Strong relationship building skills with knowledge of employer benefits, healthcare and broker/consultant market. </li><li>Demonstrated trend of increasing sales through outstanding sales results and leadership</li><li>Excellent communication skills including presenting, speaking, writing, and follow-up</li><li>Strong prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation and closing skills</li><li>Robust time management skills and strong ability to manage a pipeline</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.</li><li>Work well among remote sales team environment</li></ul><br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications</b><br/><ul><li>A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field. </li><li>Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments with the ability to adjust strategies and maintain momentum</li></ul><br/><br/>The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for commission, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
