Overview

This Citrix hosting manager will provide our client hospitals with reliable access through smooth and efficient operations. Control metrics will be established and monitored, and management oversight will be provided for all delivery components. He/she will oversee a team of approximately 14 talented individuals, fostering a strong and proactive environment with a goal of exceeding client expectations.

 

This is a remote role in the US.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Citrix hosting specialists to deliver exceptional service to our hospital clients.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring client satisfaction and proactively resolving any issues.
  • Oversee daily operations to maintain high levels of efficiency and meet critical performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, empowering your team to achieve their full potential.
  • Continuously monitor and improve processes to ensure optimal performance and mitigate risks.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent to build a strong and successful team.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure effective management and process ownership.

 

Qualifications

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/years of experience required.
  • Certifications in Citrix
  • Certifications in Azure (AZ-104 Preferred)
  • ITIL Foundation (Good to Have)

 

Experience:

  • 8+ years’ experience working with Citrix solutions.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a team lead or formal management role.
  • Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Able to effectively motivate, coach, and develop a team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

Travel Requirements:

  • May require travel for business needs.

 

Working Arrangements:

  • Work is performed in a remote environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards.
