It is important to us that each and every Spherion is not only eager to challenge themselves and knows how to get work done but is an awesome addition to our company culture.</p><p></p><p>We are seeking Manager of Engineering to lead, grow, and develop a high-performing software engineering team within our Corporate Sustainability product area.</p><p></p><p>This is a hands-on player-coach role, ideal for a technically strong engineer who is ready to take ownership of team delivery, people leadership, and technical direction while still contributing to the codebase.</p><p></p><p>You will play a key role in ensuring the engineering team consistently delivers value to customers through high-quality, reliable SaaS solutions. You will also act as the accountable technical and delivery leader for the team within the wider organisation, including Product Management and senior stakeholders.</p><p></p><p>This role requires a strong software engineering background (ideally .NET / C# or Node.js) with the ability to stay close to the code while leading people and process.
