About the Role: We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Manager, Growth Marketing to accelerate ShopMy’s new user acquisition across creators, shoppers, and brands. This role is focused on driving awareness, sign-ups, and engagement across our three customer cohorts working closely with Marketing, Design, Product and other cross-functional teams to scale our community. You’ll lead experimentation across new acquisition channels, design and run tests, analyze performance, and turn insights into actionable strategies that expand and activate our user base. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 4+ years in growth or performance marketing who’s eager to be hands-on, move quickly, and meaningfully shape the next chapter of our growth story. Your Impact to the Role: • Own testing initiatives across new user acquisition channels. • Analyze performance data to help identify growth opportunities and improve acquisition, activation, and retention metrics. • Conduct competitive research and stay up to date on trends within the creator economy. • Manage internal dashboards and reporting tools to track growth marketing KPIs, recommending where we are seeing success and where optimizations need to be made. You Are Energized By: • Digging into campaign data to uncover insights and turning those insights into strategies • Staying ahead of marketing trends, tools, and platform- and being the first to test and scale what’s new • Problem solving and tackling challenges that come up with a solutions oriented mindset. • Being a self-starter who’s eager to learn, iterate, and grow in a fast-paced environment • Working in a fast-pace and collaborative environment What We Are Looking For: • 4-6 years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a B2C tech, marketplace, or creator-focused company • A data driven mindset with a rigorous test-and-learn mentality and experience digesting data into actionable strategies. • Confident analyzing data, pulling reports, and using insights to drive decisions • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics including paid social, referral programs, and email/lifecycle • Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills. • Interest in the creator economy and what drives influencer behavior and platform loyalty Please note that while this is a remote first role, our ideal candidate is commutable to our NYC office. The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation.
