Reporting to the Director of Cross-Brand Labor Strategy, the Manager plays a key role in executing labor initiatives, maintaining planning accuracy, and continuously improving labor management practices across the fleet. Operating at the intersection of analytics, operations, and execution, this role builds and maintains labor models, supports planning and allocation processes, and applies data-driven insights to improve labor performance. The Manager plays a key role in supporting Workforce Management (WFM) strategy through translation of brand needs into scalable solutions that drive schedule excellence, productivity, compliance, and effective field change management.
