Marketing Intern, Export Americas

<p>The LATAM Marketing team plays a key role in ensuring the success of Givenchy and Kenzo across a region that includes three subsidiaries (Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina) and 17 export markets where products are sold through agents. The Marketing Intern will support the LATAM Marketing team and report directly to the Export Marketing Manager, who oversees the development of 360° marketing strategies adapted to each market in the region. This role will involve close collaboration with Brand Managers to implement approved plans while ensuring adherence to corporate and regional marketing guidelines.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and agile team player, capable of multitasking and executing tasks efficiently and on time.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Trade Marketing:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Monitor that all the markets are following the trade marketing plan as approved by the Marketing Manager. Conduct regular follow-ups with Brand Managers to ensure timely and effective executions.</li><li>Validate all trade marketing animations, OOH, International Makeup Artist events and PR events to ensure compliance with corporate and regional marketing guidelines. Serve as the primary contact between external agents and headquarters.</li><li>Train Brand Managers and/or Marketing Coordinators on internal processes and softwares.</li><li>Reporting and Presentations: Consolidate qualitative feedback, good quality photos of executions and analysis of the competition across markets for Hot News Reports, Launch Reports, Budget Presentations, video recaps and other ad-hoc requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> <u>Operational Marketing:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and send blotter books to agents for retailer’s presentations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Marketing Events:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Assist in planning and executing key marketing events throughout the year, including but not limited to Annual Seminars, Marketing Conventions and 4 to 5 product launch events.</li><li>Manage the creation of new suppliers and process purchase orders (POs) related to marketing events.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>BBA in Marketing preferred.</li><li>Strong team player.</li><li>Effective project management skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational, interpersonal, critical thinking & communication skills.</li><li>Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Canva)</li><li>Product knowledge and sensibility to luxury & prestige beauty.</li><li>Fluent Spanish and English / French is a plus.</li><li>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is a full-time internship.
