Marketing (Marketo) Operations Specialist - Mobility

The Team You will join the Digital Services and Marketing Operations team within S&P Global Mobility, a group responsible for ensuring our marketing systems, data, and processes enable scalable and measurable go-to-market execution. The team values operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and works closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and Revenue Operations partners across the business. Responsibilities and Impact Own day-to-day administration and optimization of Marketo, including integrations, custom objects, field management, scoring models, and workflow improvements to support scalable marketing execution. Support the execution and optimization of marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and live and digital events, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately and on time. Maintain and enhance marketing automation assets including email templates, landing pages, forms, and workflows, using tools such as Stensul to improve speed and quality. Ensure reliable data flow and alignment between Marketo and Salesforce, supporting lead routing, segmentation, and data integrity across systems. Partner with Revenue Operations to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, contributing insights that improve pipeline visibility and revenue impact. Identify opportunities to improve marketing operations processes, documentation, and system usage to increase efficiency and reduce execution risk. What We’re Looking For Basic Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing automation roles Hands-on experience administering Marketo and supporting integrations with Salesforce (SFDC) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and funnel data Key Soft Skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Clear communicator able to work across technical and non-technical teams Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset Additional Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting event and webinar platforms such as ON24 and Cvent Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana Marketo and/or Salesforce certifications Understanding of data privacy regulations and marketing data best practices Additional Soft Skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Collaborative and team-oriented Curious and motivated to grow technical and operational expertise Right to Work Requirements This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in Mexico. *Please submit your resume in English* If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
