We're looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Marketing, Social Media & Events Coordinator to help tell our story, showcase our homes, and create memorable experiences for homebuyers, Realtors, and industry partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves design, luxury brands, social media, content creation, and event planning. You'll work directly with company leadership and play a key role in shaping how our brand is experienced both online and in person.

What You'll Do:

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Capture photos and videos of homes, communities, events, and team members
  • Create short-form video content, including reels, stories, and walkthroughs
  • Write compelling social media captions, blog posts, email content, and website updates
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
  • Monitor social engagement and respond to inquiries when appropriate

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Help maintain website content and community pages
  • Create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, presentations, signage, and advertisements
  • Coordinate with outside marketing vendors, photographers, videographers, and partners
  • Support Realtor and customer communication campaigns

Events & Community Engagement

  • Plan and coordinate community grand openings, model home events, Realtor events, VIP previews, and customer appreciation events
  • Manage event logistics, invitations, vendor coordination, setup, and follow-up
  • Represent Forbes Capretto Homes at community and industry events
  • Help create memorable experiences that strengthen our brand and relationships

AI & Digital Tools

  • Utilize AI tools to improve content creation, marketing efficiency, and creative workflows
  • Create graphics and marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Stay current on marketing technology, social media trends, and emerging digital tools
  • Help identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation across the marketing department

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, events, or a related field
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms
  • Proficiency with Canva
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content creation platforms
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury brands, homebuilding, real estate, interior design, hospitality, or lifestyle marketing
  • Photography and videography experience
  • Video editing experience
  • Event planning experience
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms
  • Experience managing websites and content management systems
