Job Description

We are hiring a Marketplace Account Executive to support and manage client marketplace accounts on Amazon and Walmart. You will work on paid advertising, listing optimization, catalog updates, account health, compliance issues, and regular performance reporting.

This Marketplace Account Executive role is ideal for someone analytical, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple client accounts. You should be able to identify marketplace issues early, follow through on assigned tasks, and communicate clearly with internal teams and clients when required.

What We Want You to Do?

  • Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.
  • Plan, create, and optimize Amazon PPC and Walmart Connect campaigns to improve sales, ACoS, ROAS, and overall ad efficiency.
  • Monitor account health, performance notifications, compliance warnings, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and Buy Box issues.
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, attributes, and category mapping.
  • Coordinate with the design and content team for A+ Content, Brand Store updates, product images, infographics, and enhanced content.
  • Raise and follow up on Amazon/Walmart support cases for listing, catalog, account, and policy-related issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product data, inventory updates, pricing, promotions, and marketplace operations.
  • Support new product launches, including listing setup, content coordination, PPC launch campaigns, and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Amazon marketplace management, including PPC and account operations.
  • Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and Walmart Connect.
  • Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Knowledge of Walmart marketplace operations and Walmart advertising is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with listing optimization, A+ Content, Brand Store updates, catalog updates, and compliance handling.
  • Good understanding of marketplace metrics like ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, Buy Box percentage, and organic ranking.
  • Experience using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, Perpetua, Pacvue, Sellics, or similar marketplace tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and client updates.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear action points.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Practical experience in Amazon, Walmart, or marketplace account management will also be considered.
  • Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency, marketplace agency, or eCommerce brand will be preferred.
  • Experience managing Amazon US marketplace accounts will be an added advantage.

  • PPC campaigns are structured properly and optimized regularly to improve ACoS, ROAS, and sales performance.
  • Product listings are complete, accurate, SEO-friendly, and conversion-focused.

  • Listing suppressions, account health issues, and compliance risks are identified and resolved early.
  • Reports clearly explain what happened, why it happened, and what needs to be done next.
  • Internal teams do not need to constantly follow up for updates or task completion.
