Purpose The Meat Wrapper learns the skills of handling fresh meat and other meat products, safe, sanitary and efficient operation of the meat department, ordering and inventory, equipment operations, and merchandising according to standards set by the company. They merchandise and present fresh meat to maximize sales. The Meat Wrapper demonstrates excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, and commitment to the success of the team.
