Responsibilities Apply deep knowledge of data architecture solutions spanning cloud data platforms, streaming data, data lakes, lake houses, and analytics layers relevant to M&E use cases Analyze client data ecosystems platforms, pipelines, governance models, and analytics maturity Develop transformation roadmaps and next-generation architectures aligned to client needs and emerging industry standards Apply working knowledge of modern data and AI tooling (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP data services, vector databases, LLMs, ML pipelines) to design practical, scalable solutions Shape and support AI/ML implementations including recommendation engines, content tagging and metadata intelligence, audience segmentation, demand forecasting, and GenAI-powered workflows Analyze and stay current on emerging data and AI trends in M&E (e.g. synthetic media, AI-driven personalization, content supply chain automation, rights and metadata intelligence) and translate them into actionable client strategies Lead and support engagements end-to-end: work planning, requirements documentation, stakeholder workshops, stakeholder management, solution design, deliverable ownership, and team oversight Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle and provide alternative recommendations when needed to keep objectives on track Build trusted relationships with mid- to senior-level business and technology stakeholders Develop and deliver client presentations, workshops, and written work products that translate complex data and AI concepts into clear business language Quickly assess client challenges and engage cross-functional partners to develop the right solutions Anticipate and mitigate project risks with sound judgment on when to escalate to senior leadership Requirements You have a genuine passion for technology and business in the Media and Entertainment space You are strategic and resilient, with the interpersonal intelligence to build trust with clients and colleagues You are a self-starter who brings an innovative spirit and strong work ethic to every engagement You have a balance of analytical rigor (IQ) and client awareness (EQ) you know when to push and when to listen You are extremely organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large and complex datasets You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and treat complexity as an opportunity, not an obstacle
