This role supports Orgenesis' mission of advancing cell and gene therapy solutions through its global POCare™ platform by ensuring accurate, secure, and accessible health information environment.</p><hr><h1>Essential Responsibilities</h1><h2>Medical Records Management</h2><ul><li>Create, maintain, organize, and update patient and clinical records.</li><li>Ensure medical records are complete, accurate, and properly filed.</li><li>Retrieve and distribute records as authorized and requested.</li><li>Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy.</li><li>Maintain both electronic and paper medical records when applicable.</li></ul><hr><h2>Data Entry & Documentation</h2><ul><li>Enter patient, clinical, laboratory, and treatment information into electronic health record (EHR) systems.</li><li>Update demographic, insurance, consent, and treatment records.</li><li>Review records for missing information and coordinate corrections.</li><li>Ensure accurate indexing
