We help connect Medical Directors to RN, NP, and PA providers, to provide insight into state regulations and standards of care.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Our providers work through our software platform which streamlines administrative tasks to allow you to focus on medical partnership:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Approving all medical hires</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Approving treatment menus (Botox, fillers, lasers, etc.)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Reviewing and signing protocols, SOPs, and consent forms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Being available for emergency</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide general supervision according to state law</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be available for consultations and decision-making support</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Once vetted, you will have the opportunity to interview and select the injectors you’d like to partner with, at the rates you determine. You may work with as many injectors as you choose, in accordance with state law.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Active <strong>California Medical License</strong> (required)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">MD with a background in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology (preferred)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Must have a minimum of <strong>two (2) available NP oversight slots</strong> and <strong>one (1) available PA oversight slot</strong> (required)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prior experience in aesthetic medicine as collaborating physician or Medical Director</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Formal training in injectables and other aesthetic procedures (minimum botox and fillers)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Willingness to oversee and supervise aesthetic treatments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Open to serving as a California Professional Corporation (PC) Owner</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Interest in mentoring and supporting RNs, PAs, and NPs</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Please note:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">A background check is conducted as part of our standard vetting process.
