Mental Health Therapist – Women's Health - Telehealth Contract

What we look for at Seven Starling

  • Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online individual therapy and serving women’s mental health such as perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause and menopause
  • Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care
  • Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
  • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite
  • Excited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare

What you'll do

  • Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting
  • Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed
  • Work remotely in a fully flexible, but supportive environment

Who you are

  • Currently, we can only accept independently licensed mental health therapists who hold an active license as as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage & family therapist, mental health counselor or psychologist
  • Preference given to candidates who hold multi-state licenses that include at least two of the following, but are not limited to: (AZ, DC, CA, KY, MD, NC, NV, NJ, OH, TN, TX, and/or VA) Arizona, District of Columbia (Washington DC), California, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and/or Virginia
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in women’s mental health with a focus on maternal mental health and/or perimenopause
  • Candidates should also have experience working in a telehealth setting and consider themselves tech savvy
  • A desire to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population while opening up access to care
  • Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records
  • Bilingual is a plus!
