Job Summary
MNC Jobs Info is seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Repair Technician to join our walk-in service center. This is an on-site role where the technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile phones and smartphones. The ideal candidate should have a passion for mobile technology, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver quick and efficient repairs to walk-in clients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform hardware and software repairs for Android and iOS devices
Diagnose issues including battery problems, screen damage, motherboard faults, speaker/mic issues, and charging port defects
Replace parts such as LCD screens, batteries, and internal components using appropriate tools
Use specialized equipment to perform chip-level repair if applicable
Maintain accurate records of repairs, spare parts, and customer complaints
Ensure high standards of quality and turnaround time for every service
Provide walk-in customers with clear repair estimates, timeframes, and post-service advice
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the repair station
Stay updated on new mobile technologies and repair techniques
Follow ESD and safety protocols to protect devices and data integrity
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mobile devices (both Android & iOS)
Solid understanding of mobile hardware architecture and software issues
