Reporting to the Director of Training, this role collaborates with cross-functional teams to assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that align with the company's strategic objectives to support and improve sales performance. The National Field Sales Trainer will be responsible for providing tailored training to meet the evolving needs of the field and serve as a vital link between sales and marketing, ensuring alignment and consistency across the organization. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered.
