The successful candidate recruits and develops a diverse, high-performing team to exceed sales goals within an assigned region while managing key projects and collaborating with commercial cross-functional teams. They provide strategic direction, field coaching, and develop specialty pharmacy fulfillment access strategies. In addition, this position is eligible participate in the Company’s quarterly incentive compensation plan, which provides the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on individual performance results. This position is also eligible to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.<p></p><p>Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.</p>
