Night Auditor - Part Time

As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our hotel during the overnight hours. Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting of hotel revenue and daily transactions. Process and balance all guest and hotel accounts, including cash, credit cards, and room charges. Verify and reconcile room rates, taxes, and other charges on guest folios. Handle guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, balances, and transactions. Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments. Monitor hotel systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues to management. Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property during the overnight hours. Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests as needed. Collaborate with other hotel departments to provide excellent service and resolve any guest issues. Uphold the standards of Hyatt hospitality and contribute to a positive work environment. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to data protection policies. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on hotel operations and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
