As an Online Chat Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers via live chat, providing real-time assistance and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer queries through live chat with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Provide prompt responses to customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer tailored support.

  • Escalate complex problems to senior support staff or technical teams when necessary.

  • Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and workflows consistently.

  • Update customer records and interaction details accurately in internal systems.

  • Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
