Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to enhance student engagement and understanding. Assess student performance through standardized testing and regular evaluations, providing feedback to students and parents. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect. Mentor students, providing guidance in both academic and personal development. Collaborate with fellow educators, education administration, and support staff to create an integrated approach to education. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child s development. Organize library services and literacy education initiatives to promote reading and research skills among students. Familiarity with private school educational frameworks is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in lesson planning, ensuring lessons are engaging and educationally sound.
