Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a passionate and experienced Online Graphic Design Instructor to teach design tools and concepts such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, branding strategy, and user interface aesthetics. This is a work-from-home opportunity tailored for design professionals who have a flair for teaching and want to empower the next generation of creatives with real-world industry skills. You will design lesson plans, deliver engaging virtual sessions, and guide students in developing practical design projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver structured online classes in graphic design using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva.

  • Teach core concepts in branding, typography, color theory, layout design, UI/UX basics, and visual storytelling.

  • Create presentations, tutorials, project briefs, and quizzes to support learning outcomes.

  • Mentor and provide feedback on student portfolios and creative assignments.

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and software developments to maintain relevant course material.

  • Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment through interactive virtual sessions.

  • Monitor student progress and provide individual support when needed.

  • Collaborate with SysTechCares content and academic teams to improve curriculum and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma.

  • Solid understanding of branding principles and UI/UX design fundamentals.

  • Strong visual design skills with a professional design portfolio to showcase.

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable teaching online using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging, and practical way.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design or creative direction.

  • At least 1 year of online or in-person teaching/training experience preferred.

  • Experience mentoring students or junior designers is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours – choose between weekday/weekend or evening sessions.

  • Minimum availability of 10–15 hours per week (Part-Time) or 25–30 hours (Full-Time).

  • Remote work – conduct sessions from the comfort of your home.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of current design tools and digital media best practices.

  • Ability to critique and provide constructive feedback on visual work.
