Duties & Responsibilities

  • Verify and/or assigned staff to verify and signed Linehaul VSL report after witness opening of Linehaul seal.
  • Check problem shipments, key in to SCS system to generate Handover Manifest and print hand over to Ops CS personnel.
  • Create / maintain / update delivery routes.
  • Assigning routes to rider / driver.
  • Keeping tracks of rider / driver attendance, arranging back-up if rider / driver is/are absent, or if consignments overloaded.
  • Assist in sorting shipments to deliver.
  • Counter-check DRS prior to riders/drivers departure from station.
  • Verify DRS upon riders/drivers return to station. Updating status for undelivered shipments in SCS's problem shipment.
  • Counter-check Pick-up Control Sheet with shipment pick-up by driver/rider.
  • Keeping records of vehicle maintenance, arranging trucks for Puspakom inspections, arranging replacement trucks as and when needed.
  • Keeping records of fuel cards usage.
  • Keeping track of stationery stock, to place order to replenish when stocks run low.
  • Preparing (arranging) POD copies of the CN to be sent to HQ - Imaging.
  • Preparing (arranging) AWB copies of the CN to be sent to HQ - Imaging.
  • Ensure all pick-up shipments check-in SCS system.
  • Ensure previous day's POD copies to ensure all POD updated in SCS system.
  • Any other duties as allocated by the superior, including functional responsibilities
and special tasks

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Min of SPM
  • Experience: At least 2 year of working experience in operations environment.
  • Posses GDL License for backup / rescue delivery.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • IT literate-Good in excel and windows, windows, familiarity with operating
