<p>Description</p><p><strong>Role:</strong> Operational Analyst</p><p><strong>Department:</strong> Automation </p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote, United States</p><p><br></p><p> At Storage Solutions, the Operational Support Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the successful design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of automated warehouse and material handling systems. This position partners closely with clients, internal engineering and software development teams, and third-party providers to analyze operational needs, evaluate system functionality, and support integrated automation solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and throughput performance.</p><p><br></p><p>The Operational Support Analyst is responsible for interpreting operational and system data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and helping define system logic, functionality, and operational requirements.
