Oracle SOA Developer- (USC) (GC)- Remote

What You Will Do: 
Independently design, develop, integrate, and test complex system interfaces using Oracle SOA Suite 12c on Unix/Linux platforms, adhering to best practices. 
Design and implement business processes using Oracle BPEL composites with JDeveloper. 
Implement and route web services (SOAP and REST) using Oracle OSB (Oracle Service Bus) and integrate them with BPEL on Unix/Linux. 
Design and develop SQL queries, and interpret/debug PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions. 
Provide Java and shell-based solutions to enhance the existing interface framework. 
Support existing programs by triaging failures, resolving issues, and implementing solutions, participating in on-call duties to meet project milestones or client SLAs, and engaging in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions for requirement gathering and documentation. 
Support project releases, maintenance, patching, and security tasks. 
Manage incident, defect, and enhancement tracking using Jira. 
Manage design artifacts in SharePoint/Confluence. 
Keep the Integration Lead/Manager informed of all interface-related activities, issues, and risks. 

Who You Are: 
You hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least 5 years of relevant experience with Oracle SOA Suite 11g/12c. 
You are skilled in developing file-based integrations using BPEL. 
You have experience embedding Java or integrating the Spring framework in SOA, with a solid understanding of Java. 
You possess working knowledge of various adapters, such as JMS, DB, FILE, and FTP. 
You have experience routing services via OSB, using SOAP/REST, and working with XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL, XQuery, and SOAP UI. 
You are experienced in administering and optimizing Oracle SOA Suite within WebLogic environments. 
You have experience writing and executing shell scripts to automate tasks and streamline processes. 
You are knowledgeable in file transfer protocols like FTP/SFTP. 
You have experience with CI/CD pipelines, build tools (Maven, Hudson), and version control tools (SVN, Git) 
You have robust experience with relational databases, particularly Oracle, and have a strong understanding of PL/SQL. 
You have expertise in AWS cloud platforms, including Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Load Balancers, and other services essential for integration.  
Experience in healthcare, Medicaid MMIS, including Provider and Claims systems, is preferred.
