Job Description:

The selected candidate will work directly under the Sales Director at Sinopé Technologies' headquarters located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. Their primary mandate will be to develop markets in the Greater New York Area.

  • Develop markets in the Greater New York Area and increase sales volumes;
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients;
  • Prepare and conduct technical presentations for clients (engineers and contractors);
  • Bring forward creative ideas and actively contribute to the development of sales strategies;
  • Document actions taken with clients and keep information up-to-date to CRM;
  • Prepare and manage commercial bids while ensuring project profitability and alignment with sales objectives;
  • Participate in trade shows and follow up on leads obtained.
  • Full-time position: 40 hours / week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (flexible schedule)
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Location: Remote position based in New York – frequent travel required

Key Experiences and Qualifications We Are Looking For:

  • Relevant college and/or university education
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver's license
  • 5 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in the HVAC, energy or construction industry
  • Knowledge of the building industry (an asset)
  • Interpersonal skills and customer satisfaction-oriented attitude
  • Strong negotiator
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Leadership, autonomy, and initiative
