Overnight Co-Host Opportunity — Best Life Vacations 🌴 - Contract to Hire

Exciting News! 🌴

We're looking to bring on a new overnight Property Management Co-Host for Best Life Vacations and thought of you right away.

Here's the thing — this role is honestly pretty chill most nights. Realistically there are only a couple hours of actual PM work per shift (guest messages, check-in/check-out support, the occasional service request). The rest of the time is yours to fill productively — and that's where we'd love to hear from you. Whether it's social media content, app support, admin, or something else entirely, we want to know: what could YOU bring to the table that would be most valuable? That's not a trick question — we genuinely want to meet you where you're at and build around your strengths.

Here's a quick overview:

📍 Best Life Vacations — Coachella Valley, CA

Role is REMOTE and all times are Pacific Standard Time

🕗 Sunday–Sunday · 8 PM–8 AM PST (overnight)

💰 $330–$550/month to start, lots of room to grow

⏱ ~2 hrs active PM work per shift · 12 hrs on-call and we expect to fill 6 of these hours with something else social media, app development. Tell us your thoughts!

After your first week or two we'll get coverage for 1–2 nights so you have consistent time off.

We train! That's why it's more time at first to show up and train. STR experience is a bonus but not required. What matters most is that you're responsive, warm with guests, calm under pressure, and someone who follows direction and takes initiative. The two skills are an art and science to merge. Guests are our bosses and we treat them as such but there's many nuances.

Room to grow is real — we have multiple brands (Wealth Partners Real Estate, Real Estate Rejuvenation, Boracchia Wiviott Wealth Partners) and we always promote from within. We'd also love to have you supporting app development alongside this — so if that's in your wheelhouse, even better.

We need to fill this right away, so time is of the essence!

To move forward, please let us know: how would you fill those extra hours each shift (social media, app development, etc) in a way that's most valuable to us and plays to your strengths?

Would love to have you on the team. 🙌

Thank you
