This role exists to execute and optimize paid social and programmatic campaigns that drive measurable performance across Facebook, TikTok, display, video, and YouTube. As client demand grows, the team needs hands-on executional support to ensure seamless trafficking, accurate pacing, and continuous optimization. The Paid Media Specialist will safeguard QA standards, improve efficiency, and translate performance insights into actions that improve ROI. The Impact you’ll make Paid Social Execution • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Facebook and TikTok (audiences, placements, creatives, pixels). • Implement tests (creative, audience, bidding) and iterate based on performance data. • Maintain pacing and delivery against daily/weekly budgets and flight dates.
