Using proprietary tools and a culture of optimization, they uncover insights and activate connected marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media. Why does this role exist? This role exists to execute and optimize paid social and programmatic campaigns that drive measurable performance across Facebook, TikTok, display, video, and YouTube. As client demand grows, the team needs hands-on executional support to ensure seamless trafficking, accurate pacing, and continuous optimization. The Paid Media Specialist will safeguard QA standards, improve efficiency, and translate performance insights into actions that improve ROI. The Impact you’ll make Paid Social Execution • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Facebook and TikTok (audiences, placements, creatives, pixels). • Implement tests (creative, audience, bidding) and iterate based on performance data. • Maintain pacing and delivery against daily/weekly budgets and flight dates. Programmatic Campaign Management • Execute campaigns across display, video, and YouTube within designated platforms. • Optimize toward performance goals (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, VTR) using bid, budget, and audience tactics. • Manage creatives, tags, and placements to ensure accurate delivery. Trafficking, QA, and Compliance • Traffic campaign assets, URLs, and tracking parameters; validate pixels/tags and event firing. • Perform pre-launch and post-launch QA to ensure error-free builds and accurate targeting. • Maintain documentation, naming conventions, and change logs for auditability. Budget, Pacing, and Optimization • Monitor spend and adjust budgets/bids to meet pacing targets and hit performance goals. • Identify under/over-delivery and implement corrective actions quickly. • Recommend reallocation of spend across platforms and tactics based on performance insights. Reporting and Cross-Functional Collaboration • Produce clear performance reports and insights with next-step recommendations. • Partner with account, creative, and analytics teams to align on goals and testing plans. • Communicate risks, wins, and action items proactively to stakeholders.
