Drafting & Documentation Support</b></p><ul><li>Prepare first drafts of HR letters, policies, staff communication, internal alignment emails, summary notes, chronologies, issue matrices, simple contract redlines and simple legal advice.</li><li>Assist in preparing briefing packs, fact summaries, and working drafts for internal stakeholders.</li></ul><p><b>2. Legal Research & Comparative Analysis</b></p><ul><li>Conduct first‑cut research.</li><li>Prepare jurisdiction comparisons, short research memos, and regulatory monitoring summaries, especially for China employment updates.</li></ul><p><b>3. Investigation & Evidence Support</b></p><ul><li>Conduct first‑pass review of high‑volume emails/documents.</li><li>Prepare chronologies, data logs, and evidence summaries.</li><li>Assist with fact validation, organising dataroom materials, and preparing instruction sets for outside counsel where needed.</li></ul><p><b>4. China‑specific Employment Support</b></p><ul><li>Track APAC employment regulatory developments.</li><li>Prepare summaries and update communication to local HR teams.</li><li>Support culturally sensitive stakeholder communications.</li></ul><p><b>5. Knowledge Management</b></p><ul><li>Maintain organised precedent banks, checklists, trackers, and playbooks.</li><li>Contribute to improving template consistency across APAC.</li></ul><p><b>6.
