Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking reliable and motivated Part-Time Delivery Executives to join our growing operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who own a two-wheeler and are looking for a flexible job opportunity in Delhi NCR. As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering items to customers promptly and safely, ensuring a positive customer experience every time. Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver packages, groceries, or other goods from partner stores or hubs to customers addresses

  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries using the best available route

  • Handle items with care and follow all delivery instructions

  • Use mobile apps to receive and manage delivery orders

  • Communicate professionally with customers and support staff when needed

  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle (your own bike)

  • Follow traffic rules and safety protocols at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must own a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) with valid registration and insurance

  • Valid Driving License and active PAN Card or Aadhaar Card

  • Basic understanding of smartphone usage and mobile apps

  • Good knowledge of routes and localities in Delhi NCR

  • Ability to follow delivery protocols and customer instructions

  • Professional behavior and customer-first attitude

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome

  • Prior experience in delivery (Zomato, Swiggy, Dunzo, Amazon Flex, etc.) is an added advantage

Working Hours

  • Flexible part-time shifts available

  • Minimum 4 hours/day commitment preferred
