About the Role As a Hospital Service Technician (HST) at Agiliti, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of medical equipment within our partner hospitals. This part-time, remote opportunity requires a strong and diverse skillset, a commitment to quality customer service, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You'll be responsible for delivering patient-ready equipment, communicating with clinical staff, and maintaining a professional relationship with hospital personnel. Key Responsibilities • Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables. • Confidently communicate with clinical staff on equipment features, functionality, and other relevant topics. • Provide quality service, perform to quality standards, and meet both customer and company metrics. • Pick up, clean, and process all equipment, preparing it for patient-ready use following all company and hospital protocols. • Maintain a professional relationship with all hospital staff and other personnel, acting as a subject-matter expert in customer service. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need • A high school diploma or equivalent. • Customer service experience, with prior work experience in a hospital setting preferred. • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn our systems and technology. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule. • The ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for long periods of time. • The ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge • Previous experience in medical equipment management or a related field. • Knowledge of medical equipment and hospital operations. • Certifications or training in equipment management or customer service.
