Part-Time Social Media Manager – Female Students and Moms Welcome

Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is looking for a creative, data-aware, and highly organized Part-Time Social Media Manager to plan, create, publish, and optimize content across our social channels. This role is ideal for female students and moms who want flexible, remote-friendly work hours without compromising on meaningful, résumé-building experience. You will own day-to-day social execution, assist with campaigns, track performance, and continuously experiment to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Calendar: Build and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with campaign goals, product priorities, and key dates.

  • Content Creation: Write compelling copy; create basic graphics, reels, and short-form videos using tools like Canva/CapCut (or similar).

  • Publishing & Scheduling: Manage scheduled posts via tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite.

  • Community Management: Respond to comments/DMs, escalate issues, and nurture a healthy, helpful community tone.

  • Performance Tracking: Track KPIs (reach, engagement rate, CTR, saves, shares, follower growth) and deliver concise weekly & monthly reports.

  • Hashtag & Trend Research: Stay on top of platform updates, trending audio, and best practices to increase discoverability.

  • Collaboration: Coordinate with design, customer support, and product/marketing teams to ensure message consistency.

  • Light Social Ads Support (Nice to Have): Help set up and monitor low-budget paid campaigns and boost high-performing posts.

  • Brand Voice Guardian: Ensure every post reflects our brand tone, values, and accessibility standards.

  • UGC & Influencer Liaison (Optional): Identify and coordinate with micro-influencers/affiliates/UGC creators.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written English with an engaging, concise, and brand-consistent style.

  • Practical understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter); bonus for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.

  • Basic design/video editing familiarity (e.g., Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Express).

  • Ability to analyze metrics and translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and async collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Trello, Notion, Asana, etc.).

Experience

  • 0–2 years of hands-on social media management or content creation experience (internships/freelance/college projects count).

  • A small portfolio or samples of posts, reels, or campaigns you have created is highly preferred.

  • Experience managing a personal brand, college club page, or small business handle is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Part-time: ~15–20 hours per week (flexible schedule).

  • Core collaboration window of 2–3 hours on weekdays (we will agree on a slot that works for you).

  • Weekend or evening availability for urgent posts/live moments is a plus, not mandatory.
