Department: UB Shared Programs Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties: Upward Bound Tutors will conduct group tutoring sessions to high school participants of the Upward Bound Programs in core academic subjects. Various subject areas will be needed to meet the needs to the participants in the program. The position reports to the Upward Bound Directors. Qualifications: Required Education and/or Work Experience: Minimum qualifications include completed course work in the subject area with 3.0 or higher average grade point; sophomore or higher standing at a post-secondary institution; and well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
