Partner Success Management Lead, Best Buy Ads

You will play a crucial role in building strong partner relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, executing campaigns and ensuring partner satisfaction and retention. This role combines client service, creative strategy, and end-to-end campaign execution.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Maintain and support strong relationships with Best Buy Ads partners through proactive communication, attention to detail, and a partner-oriented mindset.</li><li>Foster trust and collaboration across multiple cross-functional teams including Ads Analytics, Partner and Category Marketing, Media Strategy, and Creative to support business objectives.</li><li>Guide new Best Buy Ads partners through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of Best Buy Ads products.</li><li>Serve as the primary post-sale contact, aligning campaign execution with partner objectives.</li><li>Coordinate campaign setup, gather inputs, and manage advertising elements.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, providing recommendations to improve outcomes.</li><li>Support reporting and regular campaign performance reviews with partners.</li><li>Act as a partner advocate, sharing feedback to enhance offerings.</li><li>Mitigate risk, escalate issues, and work alongside leadership to troubleshoot concerns efficiently.</li><li>Demonstrate professional growth through knowledge sharing. </li><li>Help refine best practices to improve efficiency and partner outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate & support training initiatives. <br><br></li></ul><em>This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
