About Payoneer Workforce Management (WFM)

In August 2024, Payoneer acquired Skuad, a global HR and payroll startup, and rebranded it as Payoneer Workforce Management (WFM). WFM streamlines onboarding, payroll, invoicing, contractor payments, and more, enabling compliant hiring in 160+ countries effortlessly. This role focuses on building and expanding our partner ecosystem in APAC.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to drive strategic partnerships across APAC. This role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, builds strong relationships, and collaborates across teams to grow revenue and partner success. You will work closely with Sales and the global partnerships team to expand Payoneer Workforce Management’s (WFM) partner ecosystem.

Note: This is the first hire for our Payoneer WFM partnerships team in APAC, so we are looking for someone ready to build the function from the ground up.

Singapore | Hybrid | Full-Time

What you’ll do 

  • Build New Partners (0–1): Identify and establish partnerships with EOR Resellers, Corporate Secretarial Firms (ISP/CSP), Recruiters, PE/VC community across APAC.
  • Drive Partner Activation: Close, manage, and enable partners to refer clients or resell Payoneer WFM solutions.
  • Partner Referral Management: Manage and support referral partners to ensure a smooth, effective referral process.
  • Co-Marketing Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize initiatives such as webinars, events, emails, and content sharing.
  • Referrals to Deals: Collaborate with APAC Sales & Account Executives to convert referrals into activated deals.

Who you are 

  • Proven ability to get things done, with hands-on experience closing partnership deals.
  • Experience building relationships with financial institutions, including engagement with risk/compliance teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to define optimal operational and commercial processes for partners.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with founders and executives.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, resilient, and a team player.
  • Passion for transforming the remote hiring and payroll industry.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Deep understanding of APAC professional services, venture, and tech ecosystems.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Preferred Experience

  • 4+ years in partnerships, sales, or strategic development.
  • Background in Fintech or HR sectors (preferably EOR).
  • Experience in fast-growing startups or businesses supporting SME growth.
  • Experience working remotely and in distributed teams.
  • 3–5+ years in KPI-driven roles.
