This role is a key part of the care team, providing compassionate, detail-oriented support to patients while ensuring seamless communication with providers and internal teams. You will interact with patients via phone, email, and in-app messaging, assisting with appointment scheduling, answering questions about services, and relaying important information between patients, providers, and the billing team.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
