Reporting into the Global People function as part of our all-star People Partner team, with a dotted-line report into the local Head of Operations, this role is ideal for someone looking to expand their People skillset, potentially stepping up from an Advisor role, and enjoy the flexibility of a part-time role (15.2 hours per week - spread across 3 days).</span></p><p><span>At Phorest, we believe the environment you work in is just as important as the coaching you receive. We’re looking for a People Partner to support the Australian region who is as comfortable negotiating a facilities contract as they are guiding a manager through a tricky performance conversation. This is a front-and-centre opportunity to shape the local Phorest experience.</span></p><h4><span>What You'll Do</span></h4><ul><li><p><span>The Leader’s coach: You’ll step into the world of people advisory. You’ll support our line managers with a wide range of generalist needs including coaching through performance plans, absence issues, salary cycles and more to enable our growing team of approx 25 people in Australia to be successful. Your role is to help them lead their teams effectively.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Career Architect: You’ll help our leaders turn "jobs" into "careers" by supporting the onboarding of new team members, development frameworks and ensuring everyone has opportunities to grow. Also running salary cycles locally and potentially leading learning sessions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Shaping our space: You’ll own the management of the office space.
