In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships within the segment. As we continue to expand and innovate our product offerings, we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a deep understanding of the sales process. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the mid-market segment Identify and prospect new clients in the mid-market segment through various channels such as cold-calling, networking, and referrals Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of Twilio's PIPELINE product Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and marketing materials to support sales efforts in the mid-market segment Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities and inform sales strategies Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing customer satisfaction Act as a brand ambassador for Twilio, representing our company and values with integrity and professionalism.</p><p>Twilio is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
