The ideal candidate will lead our pop-up stores and Roadshow activation events. You will be responsible for ensuring a world-class customer experience through customer contacts and at events to build brand affinity with Fisker.   Roadshow and Pop-Up Specialist:   This position is for a self-motivated and outgoing Pop-Up specialist to assist our organization in delivering phenomenal events that build business relationships, generate excitement around our products, grow sales, and amplify brand awareness. The Pop-Up specialist will be responsible for event operations, preparing and managing events, coordinating technical aspects, generating sales leads, managing, and training event staff. The responsibilities of this role include roadshows for product presentations, test drive events and other mobile events.   Your creativity and resourcefulness in organizing and hosting successful events meet business objectives will aid us in promoting our products, engaging with clients, inspiring confidence in our brand, and communicating brand strategy to internal and external stakeholders.   The ideal candidate for this role should have great organizational skills, leadership qualities, excellent multi-tasking skills, superb interpersonal skills, and be creative. You have a good understanding on technical devices, technical functionality and have experience within the EV automotive sector.   The exceptional Pop-Up specialist should deliver a remarkable brand experience for our clients, reinforce client-to-business relations, enhance our organization's image, aid business growth, and deliver events that meet objectives and exceed expectations.   Roadshow And Pop-Up Specialist Responsibilities   Creating and managing our events calendar Developing event and Pop-Up concepts and Roadshow events Managing event budgets Site selection Coordinating event logistics Organizing marketing material Training of event staff Managing event staff Engaging with vendors and partners Managing the daily event operations Post-event reporting   Requirements   Experience in hospitality, public relations, events or marketing Experience in automotive events and mobile events Experience in promotion work Strong technical knowledge Strong organizational skills Meticulous attention to detail Multi-tasker with a strong work ethic Superior interpersonal skills Creativity Strong leadership qualities Expert communication skills   Expected Salary Range: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour   Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker’s equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.   Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.   The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.
