Marketing PR Manager Gaijin develops AAA-grade online games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms, including the popular MMO "War Thunder", "Enlisted" and other games. You can work with us remotely. Our company helps with relocation to Hungary, Cyprus, Germany, Dubai, Montenegro, Latvia, and Armenia. We are looking for a PR Manager to join our team. What you'll be doing • Contributing to the development and execution of a global communication strategy with a strong focus on digital channels; • Creating, generating, and promoting newsworthy content from scratch — turning even small ideas into viral stories; • Writing press releases, articles, and other materials that capture attention and genuinely engage audiences; • Actively communicating with international media, bloggers, opinion leaders, game industry representatives, and internal teams to support promotion efforts; • Organizing and running press events, press conferences, and other initiatives with a strong emphasis on digital media; • Preparing internal presentations as well as presentations for partners; • Conducting in-depth analysis of PR campaign results, evaluating the effectiveness of each project using key digital metrics; • Building and maintaining relationships with international niche media, as well as coordinating and monitoring media coverage; • Coordinating the work of the Community Management team on social media development and management, with a focus on audience engagement and trend creation; • Managing PR agencies across different regions (task setting, performance tracking, and effectiveness evaluation); • Working closely with development teams analyzing project strengths and weaknesses, identifying PR risks, and spotting new opportunities. Our candidate should have • At least 3 years of experience in PR, preferably in GameDev, or experience working for a gaming media outlet with regular partner interaction; • Hands-on gaming experience the candidate actively plays games and stays up to date with gaming trends and major industry events; • A deep understanding of social media algorithms, the ability to evaluate visual content, and to generate newsworthy ideas from scratch (for example, through a personal gaming blog); • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to measure and assess PR activities (or media/blog publications) based on data and performance; metrics, identify effectiveness, and define areas for further growth Full professional proficiency in English; • The ability to write high-quality content independently, without relying on copywriters; • Willingness to provide screenshots of gaming profiles (Steam / PSN / Xbox, etc.); • Experience working with Western content creators and media, as well as posting on English-language platforms (Reddit, etc.) • Spoken Russian and English.
